Crystal is a wonderful physical therapist...knowledgeable, understanding, kind and fun! She wants her patients to improve and be successful in their therapy.
For the past month I have been undergoing physical therapy on my hip and knee following a knee replacement and undergoing a fall. My P.T. has been Crystal Hitz, and let me say that she and the other staff members have been absolutely wonderful! Let me also say that even making appointments has been a breeze! Yes, I am a satisfied patient!
All of the staff is very knowledgeable and caring of my needs. Very friendly group of professionals. Cannot complain about anything.
This place is super.The therapists are very Good at their job.The atmosphere is pleasant And relaxing .Do not hesitate to call Hartz. I was apprehensive to start but they have really helped me.
I recently had total knee surgery about 6 weeks ago and 2 days after my knee surgery I started to go to Hartz Physical therapy in Mount Joy because it was a very convenient location. It's 5 minutes from my house. I was glad I chose Hartz. I had read reviews before going there and was happy that they had a 5 star rating from many people that had gone there.
