I had a consultation on April 23 at 4:30PM. During that time I was given several papers to read and sign but was not given time to actually read them. Instead, I was quickly called into my appointment, so I signed them at the desk, assuming they were the typical HIPAA forms. Upon finishing, I was told to schedule 6 weeks of appointments. Hartz PT has helped me through months of knee replacement PT for both knees and got me walking and feeling so much better. I’m back for Hip mobility therapy and now have Crystal and Ashley as my team. They are so professional, kind, and careful to adjust my treatment according to my pain level. I finished my three month therapy and now am more mobile and feel so much better. They are the best!
Excellent experience with the PT crew (especially Brianna Shirk) and the front team staff. Professional and expert at what they do. Within a couple of sessions was feeling much better and by the end of my visits, I was without symptoms. They provided excellent at-home exercises to keep me strong and pain-free moving forward. I highly recommend Hartz PT in Mount Joy.
