Although this practice location was not the nearest option, my provider recommended it specifically so I could work with Crystal, who is recognized for her extensive training and experience. My experience was highly positive; Crystal conducted a comprehensive assessment and created a treatment plan that led to significant improvement in my symptoms. I am grateful for my provider’s recommendation, as my recovery has progressed well and I have been able to resume several of my favorite activities.
Thought I had been proactive with keeping my body healthy. Do Pilates and walk on the days I do not play tennis or Pickleball. But, as I get older see a definite weakness in my muscles. My doctor suggested PT at Hartz. I live in Mount Joy so the Hartz Mount Joy Office is where I have been going. My lead Physical Therapist is Brianna Polites. I was diagnosed with some osteoporosis created from a medication I was given for 2 years. Then, I was given a “fix-it” med. This caused other side effects and only gave periodic short-term improvements. I knew I needed to try something different after years on this roller coaster experience, so I decided to try aquatic therapy with Hartz Physical Therapy. It has been an awesome choice!
