Got to work with Tom, who had excellent advice and really took care of my foot injury. I enjoyed the fact that he followed up a week later to see how the progress was going and provided additional rehab progressions for my injury. Awesome work!
After a scan to my left ankle showed a tendon tear( posterior tibial tendon dysfunction) I made an appointment with a specialist. As I feared surgery might be the only solution, I searched online for alternatives...and physiotherapy was suggested.
