Very good experience with Hartwell when trading in for a new car yesterday, everybody I dealt with was very friendly. Mathew was very helpful, very nice touch with the colouring book and crayons for my daughter too! Very pleased.
All staff in reception area and workshop very helpful, Service Manager kept me informed and cost less than expected.
