She seemed really caring like she wanted to help me out with my situation in the meeting room, but seems like she cut me off and I hadn’t received any contact from her whatsoever. She really let me down when I needed her most.
While Lorraine is a nice person, I had an extremely difficult time getting her or anyone in her office to go over our tax return with us prior to filing and even after filing. Every time I'd call they would make it sound like we were asking them to go above and beyond to sit down and go over our return. With the exception of the very first appointment to hand over my documentation, I had to be a squeaky wheel just to get an appointment. I don't normally write reviews, but I just went here for a free half-hour consultation for my new LLC business. Lorraine explained EVERYTHING I needed to know in just thirty minutes! She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She explained gross receipts, self-employment tax & income tax very thoroughly.
