Alistair taught me for over a year in Manly before leaving to head north. We always had a lot of fun and he challenged me in every class. Great teacher, nice guy and outstanding DJ skills!!….we will miss him.
I did Pilates Reformer classes with Alistair and found him as a great instructor with contagious energy. Alistair is highly professional and passionate about his job, makes you work hard on your body to get great results and is very supportive at the same time!
Amazing Pilates instructor! Alistair's classes are always next level - I feel pushed but not too far... I walk out exhausted but feeling taller - and happy! I can feel the growth (literally and figuratively) every class. Wishing you the best success in Byron - their gain is our loss!
Alistar has been my instructor for Pilates since October 2022. I find Alistar very knowledgeable, caring and Offcourse goes the extra mile to help achieve your goals.
I met Alistair a few months ago and his Pilates classes have changed my life. Alistair will push you to the limit while still ensuring that you have a super fun experience. There is always such a great energy in the studio when he’s teaching and I love that no class is the same. Thank you for being a wonderful trainer and all around amazing person Alistair!
