I bought a bike from the shop on 13th Sep 2025. It was a very nice bike. The owner of the shop was very professional, patient, and provided genuine recommendation and suggestion. When there was an issue, they sorted it straight away. The shop is highly recommended, and we will definitely go back if we need related products & services.
I brought a Carrera from here a couple of weeks ago and it has had multiple problems. At first the chain was coming of so they put a new chain, cassette and cog on free of charge for us. However, the front brake, de railer, back wheel and seat all have problems. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here by any means.Not to mention this bike was £200 pounds and is now costing me 100s of pounds to repair.
Excellent service with a smile. Popped it to buy a bike for my 11 year old daughter. Didn't have a huge budget but still they had some bikes to choose from (Hundreds of bike in stock). After it was checked over we paid and went away. Sadly later that day there seemed to be a problem whilst riding it. I got in touch and stated the issue. After taking the bike back they replaced the faulty part and now it's spot on! A great service overall and would certainly recommend.
Absolute pearl. Sorted out my derailleur. Very reasonable, no baloney.
Called this morning, took my bike up for new innertube and tyre, fitted while I waited. Happy with price and service.
