Terrible. I can't believe these people are still in business. They do not do what they say they are going to do. I called Monday, one week ago to get some glass cut. The owner said they'd have it ready the next day. He would call me and I could pick it up. No phone call. I called him 4 days later when I absolutely needed the glass. He said "he" had one piece cut and he would call me when I could come and pick it up. Another 3 days later. No glass and no phone call. I was raised to do what I say I'm going to do.
