Both mine and my husband's tax papers were prepared wrong. We both ended up paying alot more than what we were quoted! We even have in writing what she told us! My husband called her to inform her of her multiple errors and she told him that she would do absolutely nothing about all of her mistakes and she hung up on him. Very unprofessional. I feel like we should have been offered our money back.. we will never go back there and definitely will never recommend their services. Again, very unprofessional!
