I’m going to try to be fair-the staff are good people in a heavily neglected and less than prepared environment. The facility itself is in dire need of repairs and updating. I did not see much or any sanitation practices. My wife’s trach suction catheter was kept wrapped up in a dipper. The rooms are hot even with ac units, a good environment for potential infection. First and foremost Jarrod is a liar, he lacks compassion, and empathy. Have no idea someone some arrogant and mean person gets to be the director. I got sent to the hospital by you guys then i get discharged by you guys because i was at the hospital for 2 days and not back at nursing home the following day by 10AM??? Thats BS. You guys also broke my 50 inch 40k smart tv because you will not allow me in to pack my own stuff I'm just kicked out to the street? Your nurse let Mr Collins die!! I use to have alot of good things to say about this place but here lately the care of patients the courtesy, communication, respect, the professionalism, coming from certain management, and directors, has severely declined! A few cna's & nurses im not going to list names. The quality of care definitely is not what it use to be. There are some really great cna's and nurses that work here.

Here for rehab and have no issues with the place. Caring staff, excellent therapy program, good nourishing food. Consider the difficult job they have and the little inconveniences that you may have are nothing. May GOD bless their work.
