I use to have alot of good things to say about this place but here lately the care of patients the courtesy, communication, respect, the professionalism, coming from certain management, and directors, has severely declined! A few cna's & nurses im not going to list names. The quality of care definitely is not what it use to be. There are some really great cna's and nurses that work here.
Here for rehab and have no issues with the place. Caring staff, excellent therapy program, good nourishing food. Consider the difficult job they have and the little inconveniences that you may have are nothing. May GOD bless their work.
Follow up from the owner’s suggestion: I have reached back out to Sarah Pena on several occasions regarding my property in getting this resolved and she still have failed to return any of my calls or reply to any of my emails. I’ve attached pictures of the damaged that was done to my pool screen and how my pool currently looks as a result l. In need this issue resolved ASAP !! This facility tree fell down on my pool screen that has caused extensive damage in which they haven’t yet sent me the cost to repair it. My deck and my pool is suffering damages due to the debris from their trees leaves and sticks falling on the deck that causing stains and causing clogging issues to the pool. I recently had to pay to have my pool repaired because it was clogged up with sticks and leaves. My deck will need to be pressure washed to try and get rid of the stains as well. During the final 21 days of my cousin’s life—who was more like a brother to me and whom I had the honor of serving as caretaker—I visited him daily at Harts Harbor Rehabilitative/Nursing Home Center while he received care and rehabilitative services. He had been diagnosed with terminal cancer that had metastasized to his bones.
