The absolute worst ever, everybody in that office and drivers should be fired, nobody has any type of costumers skills, everybody is rude drivers and people at their office, a complete waste of good resources that good people use on the daily they should be shut down

I was visiting and witnessed at good shepard hill complex in Danbury on April 2 2025, at 11:30am one of your bus drivers who was an older female was very unprofessional and obnoxious aka a crazy karen There was car in the driveway for about few minutes because a resident was clearing out their garage so they could park their car back inside The bus driver beeped once, then beeped a second time at the resident and they told her hold on im almost done Then she became inpatient and choose to hold down the horn continuously for ... read more

On Bus 6 mall bus, I didn’t know the driver name , so I’ll call her Karen. She seemed upset because I didn’t pay the exact fare of $1.75 and instead paid $2.15. When she asked why, I explained that I wasn’t sure how much to put in. She said it was fine, but her attitude was noticeable. Later, when more passengers tried to board, she refused to let them on because they were two minutes late, even though the bus hadn’t left yet. I found her behavior rude and unprofessional.
