Drivers need to not enter in an area where they cannot turn around. Driver could of K turned safely but decided to sit and beep at the legally sitting vehicles off public roadways. Also have multiple drivers leaving a stop without signaling. Buses do NOT have the right of way after they have exited the lane they must merge back into the lane as everyone else must. Lot of problems but this is all just one day! Yikes.

The absolute worst ever, everybody in that office and drivers should be fired, nobody has any type of costumers skills, everybody is rude drivers and people at their office, a complete waste of good resources that good people use on the daily they should be shut down

I was visiting and witnessed at good shepard hill complex in Danbury on April 2 2025, at 11:30am one of your bus drivers who was an older female was very unprofessional and obnoxious aka a crazy karen There was car in the driveway for about few minutes because a resident was clearing out their garage so they could park their car back inside The bus driver beeped once, then beeped a second time at the resident and they told her hold on im almost done Then she became inpatient and choose to hold down the horn continuously for ... read more
