Unsupervised and out of control construction hell hole resulting in property damage, blocked roads, and major hassles. What a shame the developer will not address the issue and pretends it does not matter despite being directly responsible for the undersized roads and lack of traffic supervision.

Two applicable recommendations: 1) Caveat Emptor! 2) Illegitimi non carboruntum! Badly designed and poorly managed. Looks nice but very unpleasant, rendering it almost unlivable. Unsupervised and unnecessary construction mess, traffic, and damage everywhere.
