I know that service matters here because even if I walk in with a small problem (and purchased my bike, pedals, shoes etc long ago) I will be helped with the utmost care. That's what makes the difference here. Joey in particular will go above and beyond to answer all my questions. I know that I will buy my kids' next bikes here!
