I have had a great experience with this physical therapy team. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and genuinely cares about helping me improve. I especially appreciate that they listen to my feedback and adjust my exercise program when needed rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Great atmosphere, team, and energy in clinic!
After battling elbow tendinitis for over a year, I decided to visit Dr. Hartley at Recalibrate Performance and Rehab. Within a couple of weeks my elbow was feeling significantly better and after a few months I was able to resume my normal workout routine. Do not be afraid to give the dry needling a try. I highly recommend Dr. Hartley and Recalibrate Performance and Rehab.
