I made a telephone enquiry (22nd Oct) regarding some conveyancing on a property that I own. My details were taken, and 'The conveyancing team would call to discuss.' It's now the 25th, and they haven't. So, I shall take my business elsewhere.

I would highly DISCOURAGE anyone from using this company. They don't answer the phone, they don't return messages. If you go to the office, they are rude and offensive. Customer service is a totally alien concept to them. Obsessed by their own self-importance.
