My mom has been a resident at The Hartland Place for 5 months The first tine I walked into the facility I was greeted by a very friendly staff. The place was very bright, cheery and clean! It had such a nice, warn feeling to it. I meet with the administrators Kristi and Lindsay. They were so nice and answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. The team at Hartland Place are very caring and friendly. They help care for our family member who can be challenging at many times. She’s been there for over seven years now. We appreciate the staff so much. Jakayla has been very helpful, along with the leadership staff, Kristi and Lindsey. Thank you for all you do.
After we toured a few times and met with the new administration, we decided that Hartland Place would be a good fit for our mom. We definitely made the right decision. The home is clean, bright, and welcoming. There seem to be daily activities for the residents. Since my mom has been there over the last couple of months, they have had musicians in to perform, school kids in to visit with the residents, and a couple of parties along with the normal daily activities.
