What wonderful service! My heat went out on the coldest day in a decade. HM staff came to my rescue right away. With a newly installed thermostat I still needed a service call. Within a couple of hours a serviceman from Richter Heating and Air Conditioning came. He needed a part he didn’t have so he met his boss half way to get the part and came back to install it. Love everything about Hartland Meadows! Nancy and Byron are the best. They are very caring and go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable and safe. My mom enjoyed everything during her time there. The apartments are very nice and spacious. The residents are all very friendly and welcoming!! If you are considering living there do not hesitate. You won’t regret it !!
M y wife and I lived at Hartland Meadows for 21 years. We would still be there if we weren't taking in my Mother-inlaw to live with us. We loved the quiet and the other residents. It is in an ideal location, close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's a great place to live, and a great town to live in. Byron and Nancy Didenko were always available and in the building daily. If we ever need a 1 bedroom apartment again, we will for sure check with them first.
My mom enjoyed living at Harland Meadows for the last 11+ years. Coming from Milwaukee she didn't know anyone in this area but quickly made great friends with individuals at the apartment. The owners have been so very helpful answering any question my sister or myself may have had.
My Mom was a resident for almost 5 years and very much enjoyed her apartment and the other residents. The owners are very helpful and make sure the facility is well maintained. Would definitely recommend this as an option if you are looking for a senior apartment!
