The staff work hard to meet the needs of the residents. When entering the facility you are greeted by one of the staff. All of the employees are sweet and kind. I recommend Holiday Hartland Hills. The residents are happy and smiling especially, breakfast,lunch and dinner.
Worst place to put your family member in they have bed bugs all the time roaches running around in rooms.staff is not friendly at all rude over work underpaid .all they do sit on their phones .I wouldn't even put my dog in a place like this.oh and they say they we'll move your family to another room while they get rid of bed bugs and come to find out that room has bed bugs to.beware stay away
My expience with Hartland Hills has be very positive. The Staff of Hartland Hills, Bob, Amanda, Rhonda and Nancy are very caring and compassionate towards the Residents who live there. The above Staff have helped me with issues that my Sister and Brother n Law were having while living there. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The meals that are served are nutrious and delicious. They also have fresh fruit and snacks for the Residents daily.
Rhonda Owen's is a pleasure to work with and truly cares about her residents and their quality of life. She is always available to the residents and makes them laugh and know they are always cared for. I feel that this community is a wonderful place to live.
