My mother and I visited the day after Thanksgiving and we were greeted by all staff and Rhonda gave us the grand tour! She was super enthusiastic and followed-up afterward. She discussed with us options for care and ways to get help and offered any assistance we may need. She told us about the specials that were being offered. Everyone we met was very nice. The facility was spotless! and offers a lot of activity. We will be looking into the programs Rhonda suggested
My parents lived with me for five years before my mother passed away in March. I spent a month researching every possible option for my father to get him a good start for the next season of his life (ie. buying a small place, getting a duplex, renting an apartment, visited every independent living facility in town,...). Holiday Hartland Hills is such a wonderful facility! The staff, Bob, Rhonda and Nancy, are so kind and accommodating, meeting every need you may have. The surroundings are beautiful and the activities are always so fun and engaging for all! If you are looking for an independent living facility for your loved one, this is the place to be ! I can't say enough about the staff at Holiday Hartland Hills. Not only are they professionals, but they truly care about me. They go out of there way to assist me in all ways imaginable. They address every question I have in a prompt manner and every request willingly. They are interested in what's going on in my life. They are compassionate and caring. I could not have found a better place to live.
