I was so happy to find Heartland Hills. I called many places and when I talked to Rhonda I knew that this was the place. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. I could tell that she really cared about the people and that it was gonna be a great place for my Marjorie. Everyone there is so sweet. She made great friends.
Went down for a tour. Rhonda was our tour guide , and she was terrific. She tool the time to answer all the questions introduced us some of the people living there. The response was great from all we met, not one negative comment about the place. And now for the the best part, they all loved Rhonda as did my wife and I. We are touring senior living options for our mother. Rhonda Owens was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Hartland Hills would be a great option for our mother.
My mother and I visited the day after Thanksgiving and we were greeted by all staff and Rhonda gave us the grand tour! She was super enthusiastic and followed-up afterward. She discussed with us options for care and ways to get help and offered any assistance we may need. She told us about the specials that were being offered. Everyone we met was very nice. The facility was spotless! and offers a lot of activity. We will be looking into the programs Rhonda suggested
My parents lived with me for five years before my mother passed away in March. I spent a month researching every possible option for my father to get him a good start for the next season of his life (ie. buying a small place, getting a duplex, renting an apartment, visited every independent living facility in town,...).
