He was very effective council for me he went above and beyond everything he needed to do, I would recommend him to anyone
Never hire Bill Hartl to defend or use him in anyway, I had him defend me, he was cery ineffective, was tude to me and family and never did anything he said he wasvgoing to do, i was very sisappointed in his work ethics and the way he treated me and other cluents that said he was rudw and ineffective, needs to go back to school and learn erhics and performance,
