EVERY employee I interacted with was genuinely interested in the success of my project. The staff was knowledgeable, patient and kind. They were the only store I found in the area that had multiple colors of metal roofing in stock. They have been locally owned since 1969. If you think that customer service is dead, go see the people at Hartje.
These guys are amazing and very knowledgeable. Very easy to work with and found them through a referral from a Home Depot associate after they canceled my order without informing me.
