They sent four trucks - and crews - to do the job of two. The charged us double what the costs should have been. They failed to return phone calls for over two weeks. They are arrogant and smug because they have a virtual monopoly on the local market. They'll never again get our business and I would NEVER recommend the business to anyone else.
