Terrible tax service. Very forgetful on basic tax services. I had to remind the man that I had several tax credits. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will not a full refund as these folks just want their 'service fee'. AVOID THIS PLACE. No im not a competitor, I WAS a customer until I had Larry do my taxes. My family will not make the same mistake again, GO TO JACKSON HEWITT or another entity.
Jayne is awesome and very helpful with our taxes for the last 5 yrs plus. Plus our small business as well. Love her and she is very helpful n friendly as is everyone in the office .
