Went to this business to get a 2nd brake job quote this guy and idk his girlfriend at the front desk . told me that i need an entire front and back brake job replacement and that my exhaust is leaking also. number 1 my exhaust is not leaking i have a lift at home i just hurt my back so i cant work on my own car unfortunately . 2nd my front brake pads are just low i had all new rotors and rear pads put in months ago and less than 10k miles. I paid Rick altogether $925. dollars to fix my AC. He began by just "trying" things to see if it would work. I believe he never really knew what he was doing from the start. It took me 5 trips back to him. He would just add more Freon gas but it would leak out because he never told me it had a leak. New compressor, clutch fan. Then he tells me he "doesn't have to be RESPONSIBLE" for the work he does. % Trips and $925. and I still have NO AC ! Well I let that go for a while not wanting to be confronting.
