Hours are an awful joke. If you work 9-5 you're out of luck most of the time. I swear this place is closed more often than it's open.
The people here are polite and very helpful.
In these hard times when people are struggling to pay for food gas and rent most institutions are eliminating over draft and NSF fees. However Not Hartford Federal instead they continue to charge excessive fees and don't offer help when you are struggling. 35 dollars used to be a weeks worth of groceries or a tank of gas. Not in today's economy. But getting hit with that fee still hurts all the same. Hartford federal will close your account if you can't pay all the fees.
