We have always used Hartford Federal Credit Union for banking, loans, etc. Recently my husband and I were stuck in a situation where we needed to secure a vehicle loan quickly. Kaci worked with us, and within 3 days we were able to secure a loan with Hartford Federal Credit Union. The whole process was very straight forward and easy. Thank you so much again for helping us out!! We really appreciate it!

Fantastic service! Everyone working at HFCU are so helpful. They go out of their way to help! Kaci went out of her way to help me when my accounts were hacked. I was very upset and she put me at ease so I could calm down! Sophie is always ready with a smile to help at the counter. I would drive 30 miles from home to do my banking business with HFCU in Stafford Springs! Thank you girls!!
