Back in the day the owners were a big part of the team and cared about your recovery. Now it is about vacations and billing. The therapist on staff don't seem to be happy. Their motivation can positively or negatively impact your recovery. My family and I have used Harter because of its location. Great that it is in a small town....but even my Dr suggested going somewhere else. Not a positive experience.
