Car was great had great low miles on it no worries. The complaint I have is I'm paying $400 a week for a vehicle that I don't have access to premium subscriptions on the car. I can't upgrade to Spotify I can't have any kind of Internet unless I pay for it. I don't have a problem with that but they don't allow you access. Also they have camera views that allow you to take photos of things around you and such. So you can watch it from your phone they don't allow you to watch it from your phone
Canceled pickup 10 minutes before appointment! Beware of this!
Hart Rental completely misled me with their rental agreement and business practices. I rented a Tesla on 6/9/25 at 5:30 PM with a clearly stated return date of 6/16/25 at 5:30 PM (I still have the rental agreement). On the day of pick-up, I discovered they were already closed at 4 PM — hours that were never disclosed anywhere on their website or in the rental information. It is a horrible experience. I would not ever rent from them again as they are so disrespectful, low dignity people that make false accusations towards you they have no evidence of, they are rude, they tax you for getting charge at Tesla stations over an above what you pay for charge very time, if you don't make it to a charge station no mater what you did to get there, they are so arrogant, if you don't make they accuse you of Negligence not knowing all the facts to justify the arrogant low character actions they are going ... read more
It is a horrible experience. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy! These are people that do bad business, have people working from them who show little respect and value for their customers, they give you a hard time, treat you unlike a respected and valued customer. Be aware!
