The lawyers that handled my family law case are wonderful and would get a 5 star from me. They are efficient and well informed. The 3 star rating is mostly for the administrative staff that seem to have double standards when it comes to responding to emails. While it is perfectly fine for them to take over 2 weeks to respond to a client query, the client is expected to respond to theirs in a hurry even during Christmas break.
