Will overcharge you and then disregard you. I'm a brand new landlord. I hired John for LLC formation and a few deed transfers. I had a question about my lease on May 30th it now July 31st and John still hasn't had the courtesy to respond. Take your business elsewhere and Hart Law- do better!
