My Honda GX pull start broke, I was looking for a replacement which turned out to quite a chore. I saw Gear GB's eBay page and a pull starter similar to the one I had, there was a notice about not shipping to Finland. I contacted Gear GB and Adam replied saying the shipping would indeed be possible if I'd purchase straight from the Gear GB website, he also confirmed that the part indeed fits the engine with the engine information I provided. Very impressed with this company. A family run, knowledgeable and friendly business with a great new show room so you can actually visit and see what you're buying. They have lots on the website to order too with great communication, speaking to someone who knows the products and takes the time to understand your needs. Can't recommend them enough!

I searched for a bolt-on exhaust extension kit for my DeVilbiss generator with 9 hp Honda engine, but couldn't find anything available in North America. I discovered Hart Industrial Tools, and inquired if they might ship to Canada. Adam responded quickly, and was more than helpful in coordinating the prompt shipment which was well packed, and arrived unscathed in less than a week. I was impressed with the personal attention and rapid response, even for overseas shipping. I would highly recommend them.
