Heartfelt Ministries was expeditious towards providing a new A/C & Heater Unit for a needy senior; my mother who wasn't able to provide for herself. The mission, vision and goal was met with the efforts of Heather and others on the committee. Thank you and may God continue shining the light on this ministry.
Th case worker Heather thinks it’s her job to inform elderly members devastating family news that is not her job to tell private family business and she is rude and so is her manager be careful what information you share with heartfelt ministry they are sheep in wool clothing that is my opion
My name is Gail I and I'd like to thank Heartfelt ministers for converting my tub to a shower this made it so much easier for me to bath nightly it takes away the fear of my falling, they were excellent to work with unfortunately we ran into some different problems when the walls where open up. The contractor Roy was very professional and he tried to accommodate me as much as he could, it's so nice to have a foundation helping senior citizens I can never express how this has made my life easier and safer
This morning as I was waiting for my wife at the doctor's office, I overheard one of your drivers very patiently helping an elderly patient understand her smartphone. The tips she was giving were spot on and given with love. What a great organization you must have -- keep up the good work.
