I called Mr. Neal a few years ago when he was in Vincennes and I totally agree with some of the reviewers on here about how rude and uncaring he is. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
If I could give a ZERO star review I would. Mr. Neal must either not like getting new clients. Mr. Neal returned my call to his office at 6pm on a Wednesday. Normally, I would think that this is great client service and actually wants a client. Boy was I wrong, I quickly found out that I was an inconvenience for Mr. Neal and at one point he even said "we are on the phone at 6pm, so humor me".
