Avoid. Ordered in October, goods didn't arrive. Was assured they had been sent and carrier had lost them, so they said they'd issued a refund to us. Refund didn't appear, and all subsequent emails have been ignored. It's now end of February and we are still without refund or goods, and have missed the window for raising a dispute via Paypal. Avoid at all cost. I ordered a parcel drop box on 31st October luckily through PayPal on my credit card. I heard nothing from the seller when I asked for updates so raised a dispute through PayPal. Seller uploaded a fake tracking number for a postal service not even available in this country. Luckily I have managed to get my almost £200 back through PayPal. Scam company. Avoid. Avoid.
