Always been good with me. I take any new pairs of jeans here for hemming and anytime I need a zipper repaired.
Brought my husband’s jacket to fix a small rip. Instead of fixing rip, she took the whole coat apart and said because it was reverseable, had to do special stitching and charged me more than cost of coat. Total rip off and told me this upon pick up not before starting the job. I have fixed this kind of rip myself but we were away from home. I recommend she gives the price of work to be done prior to doing job … not drop a bombshell after job is done. Not someone I recommend!
