Hi Karen, (Owner of this UPS Store) Today evening me and my husband Vijay Singh was at your store around 6:18 pm. I want to share with you that Sam really went out her way to help us ship our package. She stayed back extra time even beyond 6:30 until 6:45 to finish the process. Best thing was she was very courteous and took care of our mailing with a smile. We have also seen her handling one more customer who came to drop or pick something almost close to 6:30.
