I never met a lawyer who is more responsive and nice than Mr. Marsh. I found him on google on a Friday night and sent him an email and he responded to me within 15 minutes. On the following day, Saturday, I emailed him again about questions on a for-sale-by-owner deal, and he responded almost immediately. LOVE LOVE LOVE this attorney's office! They are very professional, great with communication, and very convenient. As a Realtor, their app for depositing earnest money on my phone is not only convenient, but the safest way to deposit. They have several locations in the NC & SC Charlotte area, and they are just all around great to work with. You won't be disappointed!
