I live in another state and inherited real estate in Miami. Mr. Palmer served as executor for the estate. HC Palmer is excellent at his craft. I had an issue with my home regarding the title and Mr. Palmer figured out the issue, helped me open a Probate case, got the paperwork done, walked me through every process until the case was finalized. He made himself available for all the questions I had and made the process so easy even when it seemed extremely frustrating to me. He is patient and knowledgeable and I am very thankful for his work. You're in great hands with Mr. Palmer.
