Very disappointing experience – lost over $200 due to poor handling I asked the shop to use the cheapest shipping option, and they sent my item via FedEx but provided me with the wrong courier link. For weeks, the tracking showed nothing useful because the link led to a different company’s website. I had no way of knowing the parcel was actually in transit. After three weeks, I contacted them, only to discover the item had been delivered to the wrong address two weeks earlier. I was never informed. Their response? Just a vag... read more
Be very aware when purchasing from this store that if you accept their welcome 10% discount that you will not be able to return your item for a refund and only offered store credit. It’s a trap. I have purchased a $990 dress and am now stuck with store credit for a store that is the other end of the country to where I live. Very disappointing after sales service I have never experienced this before and I am an avid online shopper. Will never purchase from here again.
