Epic Mothers' Day fail by Harry and David. We ordered two weeks in advance of Mothers' Day -- expected arrival was May 7. We never received an email saying that they would be unable to fulfill their promise. We called on Saturday and they offered to send an apology to our 85 year old mom. Really?
