Based on years of Harry & David's (online) declining service ethics and relibility, I strongly advise you to limit any purchase from a harry and david source to only what you have been able to evaluate first-hand, and to witness being placed into your bag. This company is out of steam. For typical customer experience, refer to the BBB complaints for H&D, Medford OR. I’ve been trying for several hours to get through to customer service just to find out who sent us a box of pears so I can thank the sender. I was told by the customer.service agent that they don’t disclose personal Information. They are in the gift business and I can’t thank the sender because I don’t know who they are.

Was enrolled in Celebrations Passport by mistake and have waisted hours of my time (during the last two days) trying to get customer service to correct it. I have had to wait an hour for someone to return my call only to be disconnected. Waited an hour for the second return call only to be told by two people they could not help and put on hold for the third person who never answered. I tried using the live chat but was disconnected or the agent left the chat. The worst customer service I have seen. No more orders for me.
