I have personally over heard some conversations with them and my friend about tax, they are unprofessional and rude. They stuffed her around saying they have nothing to do with centrelink even though every other tax agent can get into mygov and do everything from them. Never go to this one. Save your time, money and grief. I just tried them once and this is the worst tax agent I ever had. Never again.
