Exceptional customer service. Bruno has gone above and beyond to ensure that my dad's recliner chair was the perfect fit for him. My dad has a lot of mobility issues so some adjustments needed to be made and nothing was ever too difficult for Bruno. He was always willing to help out, make necessary adjustments and answer any questions/ assist us in any way he could, even after the purchase of the chair. Highly recommend. I contacted Bruno around 3 weeks ago. Living 400kms away from Adelaide I didn't think they would want to travel that far for me to try out the recliner and I would have to endure trying to drive to Adelaide to try and test the chair. But Bruno was fantastic and said they would be able to come over. As soon as I sat in the chair and and gave all the settings go. It was a definite yes. Due to circumstances, I broke my leg. I left a request on the company’s website to rent a scooter/stroller for a period of 5 days in Adelaide. I received an email response that a company representative would contact me, but no one contacted me. I wouldn't trust this company.
