Lovely lady Rachel I went 2 weeks ago it was amazing my whole body was so stressed and I couldn't move properly I left lighter and feeling a new woman. Definitely recommend her I can't wait to return
My first lymphatic drainage session was so successful that I couldn't stop staring at my non-swollen ankles for several days. I have had a couple more sessions which included Rachael helping me out when I suffered a massive cramp session half way through!! Lovely lady and very knowledgeable about her profession.
Had a deep tissue massage and left feeling so much better. My shoulders were sore for 24hrs after the treatment due to the hard work Rachael had to put in on the 'rocks' she found but after this I felt my posture had improved and had more movement in my neck. Rachael also worked on my legs and hips, this gave immediate relief with my hips and legs feeling so much more flexible. Returning in two weeks for another fix!
I had a lymphatic drainage massage for face and body with Rachel and it was fantastic! I would highly recommend the massages with Rachel!
Rachael is an incredible massage therapist. I recently visited her for a deep tissue massage and came away feeling like a different person. She used a wide range of techniques to release my neck, shoulders, back and legs. Rachael applies a superb amount of pressure, however she always checks in with you to ensure that you can cope with this. Her space is relaxing and comfortable, and I will definitely be visiting again very soon. Thank you!
