Great service at this bike shop – I live in Colerain Township but have recently discovered Harrison Cyclery. The customer service is outstanding and the staff are extremely helpful.
Very good bike shop. – I've been bringing my bike in to these guys for over 5 years and they always do the adjustments and fix my bike with problems for incredibly reasonable prices. They are a very valuable local resource, especially since we have a very popular bike trail right here in Harrison at the Whitewater county forest. I highly recommend these guys and can't believe anyone has ever had a misunderstanding with them. Thanks.
WORST BIKE STORE EVER!!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! – This is the absolute worst bike store i have ever been to! i took my vintage bike for them to ship and they claim it was 'lost in the mail' and there is nothing they can do. Matt an employee there said he took insurance out on it and now he says he didn't. Now they won't answer my calls and refuse to give me the store owners phone number to complain.
