I went in to pay registration and tags. It was a hassle free experience and no one gave me attitude or even mentioned me being late on getting it done. I was glad to feel zero judgement and to get my errand over with. The lady was very nice and I’d be happy to do business here again. I also loved how they decorated for Christmas!
I showed up to pay my registration. To my surprise, I saw signs on the doors saying there was a lunch break from 12:30-1:30. Thankfully, I got there around 1:10 so it wasn’t an hour wait. While I waited, I made a post in the Missouri Valley Announcement group on Facebook complaining about how it was an inconvenience to me (I am usually back in omaha to pick up my baby around 2) and letting others know so it didn’t also inconvenience them. My husband and I paid for plates on our new truck at the end of July. We were both told that we would have to pay again in September. Nothing has been sent out as to what we owe. All I want to do is take care of business.
I was trying to pay my taxes online, but I didn’t have my receipt number. I called the office and within 30 seconds Sheila gave me the number I needed and my taxes were paid! Thanks!
