Went to the tax office this afternoon. Arrived at 2:10. Checked the door. Already locked. Sign said you close at 2:15. How did y'all come up with 2:15? Just take the whole afternoon off since you seem to be your own boss. I believe you used to be closed part of Thursday afternoon. I'll be back next week. Hopefully, you won't change your hours before then.

04/17/2025 Called at 10:45 AM to confirm that they would be able to help me around 2 pm for a title transfer. They said yes, as long as it’s not cutting it close to 4. I arrive at the office at 2 pm and I am brought into the office by Lynn, who was terribly inconvenienced that I needed a title transfer. She told me that they close at 2. I explain how I called earlier in the day to confirm, as I was traveling from 3 hours away. She tells me I must have been in contact with Marshall. Showed up 45 minutes before closing to be told they cant do title work because it's too close to closing time. The lady I was dealing with was also very rude for no reason. I see from the other reviews people have had issues with her in the past, but it seems nothing has been done about it.
