This place is not great to work with. The employees don’t want to be there. NO ONE answers the phone and they’re not very helpful.
This is worse portal to try and do simple tasks. Paying property tax should an easy online transaction. Please get a user friendly site.
Absolutely frustrating. From the woman who answers the phones to the outdated payment system - there is no ease of service for folks trying to pay their taxes. Also, they are sending out tax notices MONTHS late, seemingly to add on late fees.
