Incredibly kind, helpful and honest customer service! I walked in from the street with no appointment and asked if someone could help me tighten the prongs on my engagement ring. James and another colleague (unfortunately didn’t get her name) advised me that the prongs were a bit too thin and gave me a quote to strengthen them. I was recently recommended to Harrison and he certainly didn’t disappoint. I arrived at his work shop and was greeted with a warm smile which totally put me at ease. I discussed what I would like as I was having my engagement ring and wedding ring redesigned. Harrison listened, took note and within 5 weeks I have the most beautiful ring. It’s stunning!! Harrison helped me to design a trilogy engagement ring for my partner and the whole process, from start to finish, was extremely positive. He walked me through options with different diamonds of varying clarity, colour, and weight. We eventually centred on 3 possible designs and Harrison had these made into CAD drawings to allow me to see what the finished product would look like - this was very helpful in my decision-making. Harrison worked with my fiancé to create the most perfect engagement ring for me- I love everything about it and couldn’t have chosen better myself. He was also so happy to resize it and I had it back within 24 hours. Absolutely everything about the experience has been wonderful - I can’t recommend him enough!
