They were supposed to deliver our bed on a Tuesday called and said it was being delivered 4 days earlier wasn't home and had to call my son to be at my house for delivery and they only had part of the shipment. This company is a joke.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I reached out to them on 10/29 to schedule a delivery for 10/30. After confirming all of my information and scheduling my delivery window, the drivers never showed up. When I called the company to find out what happened, they had a fake phone number for my account, even though I confirmed it with them the day prior. Ordered a Grill from HomeDepot and ti arrived safe and sound Saturday morning, April 18th. The 2 men that delivered the grill were polite and accommodating. I asked if it could be brought in the house since it was raining and it was done without hesitation. All this amidst a pandemic. Thank you gentlemen and Harrisburg Logistics.

We have experienced the exact same thing as the other rater, Yvonne C., has described. Both my husband and I have management-level positions at Penn State University, and we simply cannot cancel meetings at the last minute. Harrisburg Logistics refuse to schedule an appointment in advance, and insist on only giving you 24 hours notice. They didn't show up the first time, and they claimed they never made the appointment.
