I was able to book online and even received a confirmation email stating correct date and time as well as the address listed on Google, but when I arrived each entry to the building either led to a private apartment or was locked. In looking in the windows it appeared that the office was all packed up. My phone calls went to an automated message stating that the person was not taking calls and I received no response to the email I sent. Evil
We had a on line meeting with Collen. She sounded very positive. We were seeking help for our daughter who has suffered extreme anxiety her entire life. The medical routine did not help. She made an appointment with us. NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT. SHE WOULD NOT RETURN ANY CALLS,TEXT, OR EMAILS. We really had our hope up for our daughter. We can not forgive this unprofessional behavior. If you don't want to help. SAY SO!! UNFORGIVABLE!!
Colleen is very likable and easy to talk to she listened to my issues and addressed them within the session.. each session was a little different and seemed to build from the previous one. I believe we got through not just my fear of bridges but my overall sense of anxiety 😎
