I regularly seek out the counsel of Mr. Harris and Mr. White who are employment law experts. I particularly like the fact that they specialize in employment law on the employer side and this is important to me as a business owner. I worked with Joseph Harris to complete a Handbook for my company. Working with Joe was the best thing I could have ever done. He pointed out many compliance issues with our pre-existing policies and potential new policies, and even went as far as to help us modify the policies in a way that we can pretty much accomplish the same goals, while staying within the compliance guidelines set forth by both the state of NY and Federal governments.
